As broadcast by BBC Four.

Cam is a glamorous, glorious, makeup vlogger, about to take on the video she has always dreaded; the live Q&A. But as the questions get personal things break down. A mysterious presence joins Cam in the room that she can’t quite get rid of.

With Vlogger I wanted to explore the psychological motivation behind meta. We often break the fourth wall, but what if someone wanted to rebuild it? What if it was there for a reason?

Vlogger was commissioned through the New Creatives talent development scheme, supported by Arts Council England and BBC Arts, delivered in the South West by Calling The Shots. I delivered the project on budget, within the five month timeline and received no notes from BBC commissioners.

It was then chosen for broadcast on BBC4 as part of the programme BBC Introducing Arts: Female Filmmakers Anthology. Vlogger is currently under consideration from various film festivals.
