BUILDING A FEMINIST COMMUNITY THOUGH video, socials AND PR
I founded, creative directed and ran the marketing for Palomar Theatre over 4 years.
We grew an organic following of 1141 across social media platforms through content marketing and grassroots targeted outreach. Combining a warm tone of voice with bold creative brand decisions and a eye catching visual language we developed a feminist community around our work and consistently sold out shows in the south west.

CREATIVE CAMPAIGNS THAT DROVE AUDIENCE GROWTH
One of our proudest achievements was a successful Edinburgh fringe marketing campaign using PR, inserts and socials to gain 30% above average audience numbers and ★★★★ star press coverage from The Skinny, The Wee Review, The List, Createhub, Milk Magazine and Hidden Gem status by Fringe Review.
I worked with a designer to create striking imagery that stood out from the crowd, and a producer to write our press release and strategize which journalists we were targeting.


THOUGHT LEADERSHIP THROUGH BLOG POSTS
i worked with external publications to guest write blogs and build up a reputation for Palomar as thought leaders in safe rehearsal room dynamics and facilitation. My writing was published on online sites like Createhub and Creative Youth Network.
